black hoodie. 100% cotton, 450 gsm. full embroidery — a small black-and-white france flag at the chest, au nord wordmark across the back. oversized cut. designed in l/a, made few. once it's gone, it's gone.
au nord does not accept returns or exchanges, and does not issue refunds for change of mind. every piece is made in a limited run against pre-orders — nothing is held in stock, and nothing is re-sold once it's made.
please use the size chart on each product page before ordering. it lists real measurements for every size, in inches or centimetres. if you're between sizes and unsure, email us before you buy and we'll help.
drop 001 is sold as a pre-order. your piece is made after the drop closes, not before.
orders ship within 30 days of the drop closing. if we can't meet that, we'll email you with the option to cancel for a full refund — you don't have to chase us for it.
you'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves.
this is the exception to everything above. if your piece arrives damaged or faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund it in full. you won't pay return shipping.
this doesn't cover normal wear, or damage from washing against the care instructions.
you can cancel for a full refund any time before the drop closes and production begins. once your piece is in production it can't be cancelled.
shipping is included in the price shown — there is nothing added at checkout.
we currently ship within the united states only. taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address.
